welcome bk.

Do you know where i can get key-locking pins for my fibreglass front?

Also, how much is a no inner smoothie boot lid and how much is one with inner?

I am looking for one, but need it cheap as possible since you need money upfront. If i can find key-locking pins, i will use them for the bootlid if not, i was thinking internal release. You got any comments on these methods?

Been moving house, NTL Broadband not working for the last 2 weeks, grrrrrrrr.

I think its stupid that I dont sell bonnet pins or the locking pins so am looking into this so I can trade in em as well.

Boot Skin is £25, Mk1, Mk3 or Smoothy

Boot Lid with Mk1 inner is £45, Mk1, Mk3 or Smoothy.

Also in Carbon Fibre as well, Skin at £65 Boot Lid £85.

Fitting a single skin is best with bonnet pins/locking pins or Dzue fastners or similar. The bootlids take standard hinges and Mk1 Locks.

Forgot to say as well: Sorting out a card reader and getting UPS as the courier firm as they are the best at moving this stuff around. Cost a bit more but then can't take risk's with bonnets and CF Seats.

Hi, I too was at Bingley Hall. Did you see a Man in an Orange fleece walking around with variour bits in GRP, Carbon Fibre & Kevlar? If so it was me

Bonnet with Vents is £55.

At the moment NO ONE makes a Clubman 2 piece. If you check around all makers of GRP/CF are asking for 10 orders before makeing them.

So first company with 10 orders will make em, the others will buy 1 then copy em.

Way it goes.

Just have to wait to see which company does it first.

Would think the price will be between £180 - £250 for the Clubman in GRP.

If I get 10 orders then ALL panels used will be Heritage, built by a Bodyshop then painted so can get best mould out of it. Means it will be good enough for Carbon Fibre Showing Weave.

As you can see, its not cheap to start up, hence the 10 orders first thing.

Have you a pic of the vented one please ?
There was a stand there selling GRP bits but the youths there were not helpfull , they had no stock ;) my lad looked through a book of pics , spoted a bonnet he liked , said "how much is one of these ?" £55 and we dont have one in stock , "can i order one ?" , "oh ,we dont do mail order"," will you have one at the next show ?" ,"Errr we dont make them yet " Well i dont think they will ever have  a good buisiness !!!!
My mate saw the clubman front end "how much" £100 was the answer , so he got out his wallet "Err that one is sold " ,"ok can i order one ?" "NO"
Whats that about then ? ;)

Sorry not got a pic of the vented bonnet as yet.

That not me with the stand, didn't know if I was going to the show till the Saturday, the GF only left Hospital on the Friday, so quick run down to show then back home.

The vents on the bonnet are the RS Type vents.

Have clubman fronts ends that are made to order.

If interested in any bits just PM me and I will get back in touch, honest!
