Heat is from the heater. I know it sounds like I'm taking the mick but I'm not. Hot air comes only from the heater casing outlets and the demist vents. From the pictures of your car it looks like someone has built an odd looking centre console around the heater, so you might want to make sure that all the heater outlets are clear.

Well I dont know
Ill have to take the whole lot out when I get a chance and learn for myself what everything does. I want to rebuild the dash anyway. I want a clasic look (Flat wooden dash) rather than this plastic thing...

its the best thing to do, i took out the vents and put 2 10cm speakers in there sound good. As for 6x9's id amp them up under the read seat if ur running sub with the amp witht he low pass filter on for them and the high pass for the fronts!

Ok. Ive taken all the seats out and started to take the carpet out and relay all the speaker wires. 2mora im off to get a reel of speaker wire and a reel of thick electric wire for my spot lights.
Ive not fitted my Amp yet, im just running the to rear channels to the speakers. and one of the front channels to the Sub. No they are 40watts per channel, And I had the CD player to about half volume and it was loud enough
So that means I dont really need to go silly and get like 300 watts of amps and *******. All I need to do is wire my 100 watt amp through the speakers and the sub, and Im sorted
Im not after silly volume which will vibrate my car apart. So im happy
Ive begun cutting my speaker holes in my parcel shelf
What a nightmare! The Jigsaw only JUST fits in on the normal side, God knows how im going to get around the fuel tank???
anyway, Apart from that, Im making a new dashboard 2mora and off to halfords to get a proper head unit as the one I have is a shitty tape player

try driving it around with the speakers on, and see how it sounds then
try adjusting the amp (if u can) so you get the best sound quality

Well god knows what happened, But I had the amp running for about 5 minutes and it cut out. I checked the fuse and it was fine (I changed it anway) and nothing
No now I have no amp either. Its still pretty loud though!
