LOL were you clicking the wrong thing ?

no every now and then when you click a link on their website it reads "cannot display page" then i refresh it a couple of times and its ok?!

Maybe they only shut it down when they saw that you were about to click on the site, you just caught them out a couple of times and managed to get through
