Hello all,

trying to replace front rubber cones, been following haynes with my neighbour and we have the cone free and loose now but we cant get it out, haynes says to remove upper suspension arm but we get it out...just struggling badly and I really need help!

The upper arm, you got to take the big spindle/axel thingy out. In the engine bay by the suspension is a big nut, undo that then undo the thrust plate, then undo the big nut on the other end (from the wheel arch) then slide the big spindle out into the engine bay.

Then the arms pulls out.
