Why not just disconnect the wires near the petrol tank as previously suggested?

If you do end up drilling the screws out be careful as when I did it, the lenses melted

I'm taking it to work tomorrow to show it off, and then the WD40 will have been on there a day and I can have a good crack at it and see what happens Thanks

No I've only driven it once I've normally gone with Jimmy - and the time I drove didn't quite go to plan did it

What with me taking a wrong turning... Sam losing his bonnet...

But hey we got there in the end
