OK i'm considering replacing the suspention (front and rear) and as i don't have the first idea of what i'm doing was hoping you guys might be able to help! Did do a search but everything came back a little bit to technical for my dumb a**e to take in!!!
would like a shall we say less bumpy ride so will replacing the shox be enough or is there a little bit more to it that that?? Also would like to raise the front end as it looks like its sinking a bit! or is the back just to high!

The back of a Mini is supposed to be higher than the front.
If the ride is really poor it could well be that your current suspension is simply worn out. Don't go replacing everything with uprated components or new systems just yet, especially if you don't really understand what's goin on.
