i recently saw a auction ebay for a set of twin carbs and i noticed this really nice plack that is on top of the rocker cover does any one know where to get them? or even plane placks to make it myself? (its circled and has princess on it)

Mini spares has a few rocker cover plates. Put it in google.

could you not get a thin sheet of metal and cut and engrave one yourself?

You know why he would not tell you??? because the rocker cover is from an austin princess 1300 thats why. same engine as a mini 1300. the moron probably doenst know or knows and is being smug. I recoginsed the rocker cover as my dad owned a princess when i was a child.
