anyone know where to get the white rally squares and number from for the doors? Or even what dimensions they are typically, ie/ on works minis.

Anywhere that does stickers will sell them mate, Graffic Wizard etc or any of the main peeps who go to the mini shows. Or any rally/racing places like Demon Tweeks

idle gear will cut them for you at any size you like, the works ones are almost as big as the door itself.
i bought a roll of lining paper from B&G when i did mine years ago, messed around with a few different sizes (good old blue tack) and then when I'd made my mind up i sent the dimensions of the the chap at idle gear to get them cut.
