I just noticed theses >.<

They are both on the rear and front screens and the bottom. like a 2/3 of inch gap under the window.

Do i have to get my windows resealed to fix this?

a piccy would be good so we can see what you mean.

All I can think of is that you're looking at the (chrome?) filler strip.

The seals have probably shrunk, they should be glued together when fitted really

Yep, sorry to say there's summet very much wrong with that seal, it should be a complete loop. you could try sticking the ends together and putting the filler strip in so its join is at the opposite side of the screen but I think you probably need a new seal.

Ask around, a Mini specialists would be good as very few vehicles are glazed like Minis nowadays a windscreen company might be worth inquiring with too.

You can fit them yourself, getting the filler strip back in can provide an hour or 2 of fun with a teaspoon handle.

The advantage of at least removing the screens yourself is that you'll be able to tackle any hidden rust before the refit.

new seals are cheap enough as well as the filler strip.

the windows are easy enough to with new seals and the fillet strip can be put in without the special tool.

there is now way i can see how they could charge that much are they aware you dont need new glass fitted i say this because auto glass charged me around £80 to renew just the front screen on mine which is why im asking

Can you not just take it out and stretch out the rubber a little around the windscreen so the ends meet?
Is there not a bit of metal or something that covers the gap?
