If I am fitting Metor calipers and vented dists do I need to disconnect the ball jouits on the suspension or can I fit them without doing this. Also Do I use the metro hubs or keep the mini wheel hubs.

Thanks

You should just be able to change the brake disk and drive flange for the metro ones then bolt the metro calipers onto the mini hub.

You will need to do somthing about the hoses though as metro calipers are fed by 2 lines each

It is possible to use the metro hubs but it changes the geometry of the suspension which needs to the be recorrected, it can work well if done right, but generally its best to use the minihubs.

be carefull the bolt in the metro calipers are not the same, metric, so are slightly smaller or bigger, or so ive been told, dont use the metro hubs it will be dangerous as it will adversely affect camber. you can buy bolts with threads for the mini hub and with an oversize bit for the caliper or something like that anyway, anyone confirm this? i cant remember which bit is threaded its the hub right? i would buy euroquip hoses from rallydesign and fit braided throughout that is if u feel confident about fitting them, you have to know what your doing or you may find hoses poping off when u least want them too

Its the mini turbo caliper bolts you need. Basicly the metro bolts are bigger and if you use the mini ones the caliper will move and can break the mini bolts etc.
