i need to get some rust converter as the front of the rear wheel arch has started to bubble.

can it only be brought in a can and brush able.
im going to use it on the inside if my car and its a bit hard to get a brush down the small gaps and if i use a can it would go all over the place-dash-seats-carpet ect.

any ideas please.

You can only get it in a brushable form as far as I know, although POR15 do a very thin type which can be put in a spray bottle and sprayed on.

The best stuff is dinitrol RC800, not cheap but bloody good!! LINKY
