I'm looking at replacement panels to restore my mk1 cooper shell and i've seen some companies that offer a 'full floor' does this come complete or is it all the panels to build a floor. Ideally i'd like to see a picture if anyone has one. Thanks

I've just received this full floor panel from here LINK

Afraid there's no picture here either, but it's a heritage panel and includes the whole floor area, front and back, together with the centre tunnel, and both inner sills, all in one piece.

It's a later type floor though, so don't know whether it will be suitable for you.

Can only say that the quality is superb.

I think they will fit, but the centre tunnel is for a later rod change gearbox, so would have to be modified at the very least.

It will fit as in all the edges are in the right place, but as mentioned, will need modifying to fit properly. M-Machine do non-genuine replacements for the whole floor with the correct tunnel shape, etc., complete with sills, jacking points, floor cross-member, all the clips for pipes, etc. They also do a basic floor panel skin if you have plenty of time! By all accounts the fit is excellent, but I haven't used any of their larger panels myself. Their website is www.m-machine.co.uk,

Yea the later complete floor panel should fit a mk1 but as menioned before the gear change hole is in the wrong place,
also there is no bulge in the drivers side where a floor start can be fitted.
