im sure it is possible as im certain they use identicle engine mountings!! seems like an interesting prospect wots the specs of the engine?

it is possible to fit, but if your gonna use the K series out of a later type metro, you'll have to fabricate a new front subframe, along with loads of other mods like one off driveshaft, and you'll have to re-locate stuff like the alternator, etc...

it is in one of the old mini mags

if its the A series turbo, then your gonna have to chop out the bulkhead and putin a box, available from most good mini spares dealers. this too is a big job, with lots of mods to be done...

The easyest way to do this conversion is to fit the subframe from the metro and the wiring loom , that way there is no mechanical choping needed,
some people use the metro front subframe when doing the honda conversion .
you would need to extend the front of a round nose mini about 10cm and on a clubman the bottom edge of the front panel needs modding slightly .
