ive got one almost the same at work.
its ok to use with mat paint but i wouldn't use it for a proper shiny paint job.
if you want a cheap half decent mat paint finish go for it.i painted my go cart frame mat black with one and its very easy to use.

Basically, no. If you want a good factory finish, then they are no good at all. If you're not fussy I suppose they would be okay, but the finish you obtain is nowhere near that you can get from a proper spray gun.
