Where are you going to use the car; what condition is the engine in; what cost and work are you prepared to put in?

Cylinder head and exhaust improvements are win, win modifications that will improve every aspect of the engine's performance.

well its got 56k on the clock spending about £600 and yes im prepared to put work in

90 at the fly you're going to need a cam, a head and get it all setup properly... probably a new carb aswell as I think the rio (if not injection) then probably has a hif38...

If it is injection.. then really needs to go in the injection area of forum...
