Not sure about the arches, but here is another piccy from Stanford hall last year!
It was featured in miniworld a few months back, maybe you could find the feature somewhere n it may be in there!

They are metal trailer arches cut and welded on .

the thing you tow behind your car
Most box type trailers have the wheels sticking out of the sides ,this is illegal so they have metal or plastic arches over the wheels to stop the water spray and stone chips.
Go to a trailer shop and you can buy new arches , when you get them cut them down the center as they have a turned down lip on both sides then weld them in place to your wings .
cant give any more info as i have never fitted any ,just some how know what they are and how to fit them .

you ent getting them wheels, they are a one off, specialy made
