I don't like frost :o

It looks very nice but I work in the sticks, on my 9 mile journey only the first 2 are on gritted roads

My car properly skidded 3 times this morning, the ABS was struggling to stop the car on every bend (oh yes, narrow twisty roads too), the wheels were sliding all over the place (really scary, worst I've ever driven in), I had to navigate a blind S-bend on the wrong side of the road because of a car crash blocking my side :dozing: Yesterday there was a smash right next to my work's estate and I had to take a 2 mile detour to get to work (when it was only 50 yards away!), and today they had to close the bypass because of a 10 car pile-up

So yeh... frost not really appreciated here :dozing: Snow's ok because they just shut the office, not worth the staff risking life and limb to get there, but still have to trawl it in the frost/ice :sneaky:

Anyway I thought you didn't generally get frost and snow... Doesn't it have to be above freezing for snow?

lol no doesnt have to be above freezing for snow...why else would it be snowy at noth pole?

snows formed when rain droplets are blown above the clouds where they christalise, when they fall back down...well thats snooooow

frost i think is cause by lack of cloud cover to keep what little heat there is radiating fromt he ground in so the temperature drops and frost is formed
