He is a bit of a cheat though Mr Grylls!! Apparently he films during the day, then gets escorted off by smelly-chopper or jeep to some exclusive hotel for the night, where he eats gourmet food and sleeps in the lap of luxury before the next day's filming

He even admitted to it all, but says the programme isn't about where he sleeps or eats, he's not trying to prove the survival techniques, just showing other people some of them!
