Im considering bidding on these wheels for my mini as they look ace but i dont know if they'll fit. Im unsure about offsets and such. Anyone know if they'll fit my 88 jet black?

Thanks

if there cheap enough (it´s E-bay) pay ya money and take ya chance,

im sure if they dont, you´d be to knock them on in for a bit more in the autotrader or something, :cheese:

Ive asked the seller for more details of the wheels and where his measurements are taken from (centeres or edges) and hopefully ill be able to work it out from that. Id still be greatfull for some help from anyone though!

I've seen this type of wheel on a mini before, was in a mini world years ago, think they were pretty rare, i'll try dig the mag out.

Apparently the offset is "aprox 22.5 - 25mm" does this help?

Just because the same type of rim has been fitted to Mini's before doesn't mean that this set have the right PCD or offset. They may make the same wheel type with lots of stud patterns and for many cars.

Yep, hidden in the ebay listing is the PCD (Pitch circle diameter), which is 110mm ...

A mini is 4 x 4" ( or 101.6mm )

I'll drop an FAQ up about wheels (PCD's and offsets) and tyres..

I think you'll find the ones on that mini are 4 spokes miniman5.
They look strangely like Ford RS 4 spokes.

Can't you get those gorgeous 5 spokes machined to fit the stud pattern, or is there not enough meat on the rim?
