It's sat in my garage with a new roof skin sat on top waiting for me to fit it. Hopefull I'll be sorting that soon...

I've been getting togethger loads of parts for it though, so when I do get started I should be able to make progress fairly quickly.

I'm going to be fixing my flame up hopefully in the next few months.

I've got lots of shiney bits to bolt on now!
Plendinium and inlet manifold:

Crank pulley with toothed wheel:

Top right hand engine steady:

And all the gubbins to fit it:

Also had a nice box of bits from Merlin too. Andy is a happy boy!

Both doors are now sorted, so it looks a bit more complete.

They both line up nicely and don't stick out at the bottom rear corner, so I'm pretty pleased with the way they have turned out.

My pulley was damaged too. Looks like it got bashed in the post on the way over from NZ.
So I popped over to see Fast Carl. The shaft is straight again and I have my first Force Racing custom component.
Heavy steel clutched pulley, weighing in at 2411g!

The replacement. Only 553g

I just need to get the rest of the charger cleaned up and ready for the conversion.

So that's 1858g that my crank pulley doesn't need to spin. Spot on.

Unfortunatly, the passenger side is a bit worse. I'll have shares in Dremel by the time I'm done!
I've resigned myself to the fact that the shell will never be as good as I want it to be, but it should be pretty solid and rust free by the time I've done what I want to it.
