I'm finding it hard to get self motivated about the gym.. i used to go and loved it. but the last couple of days ive really been struggling.
Was bought an ipod touch for crimbo.. so i thought perhaps some music might help me.
Ive already got some of the prodigy songs, pendulum and a few drum and bass songs with quick beats.. but is there any others i can use.

im trying to sway away from using the rocky theme tune or the eye of the tiger also! :proud:

whhhy?

:P

I havent done it for a number of years, but thinking about getting back into dance, I used to do 3 different types, but gave up and REALLY regret it. Im going to train to get back into the splits in the new year too since a few years ago I could jump into the splits in high heels and I cant since Ive stopped dancing x

:)

But yea, I love that song, any song with a bit of umph to it will give you motivation. I cant wait to start going to the gym again ;)
