Just a few pics of the body mods to one of our mini's from the front indicators moved and bumper gone home made grill and bonnet deseamed and motor bike mirrors outer sill /side panel strip removed de seamed rear one off rear lights and home made rear end and smooth boot also but no pics yet home made metal dash and centre console all done just to be slightly different and some thing to do at the weekend (some of my description may not be right for all but as i havent got a clue what i was doing before i started it just evolved piece by piece and think its different and thats what i wanted)

Not really into body mods and stuff like that, but i have to say, i really like yours :)
Its a bit different from the usual!

Yeah nice. There's a few other people on here who have 'frenched' the rear lights in and deseamed down to the sills.

Bike mirrors (F1 mirrors) jus seem to get more and more popular!

iv seen this one driving around near my house in burton on trent,,,, the mods look nice in the flesh and if i remember it purred nicely aswell..

a lot of cutting, welding and filling and alot of time,, mind i think frenched lights look real smart. as for the lights you could technically fit any type of rear light with enough work, whether it would look any good though is another question.

Looks really stylish, but from the number of people on this forum whose minis have been rear-ended lately I'd be looking for a nice big red stop lamp in the back window as well. Those low-down rear lamps will be out of sight of many drivers.

Just a suggestion. The workmanship looks great.

love the frogeye bonnet and frenched in lights, side needs strip between back and front arches,looks great though.

Hi teapot there is a stop light in the rear window cant see it at the moment hidden by the new plates but its there as i thought it was a good idea to put one there aswell no excuse for people running up the rear
