I'm a dumbass... i should have just looked at the post office website..............
actually... a packet is £1.09 or £1.38..... large letter would be 48p for 100g or 70p for 250g
i'll put about a quid on each in stamps though as i charged £4 p+p each.

Queue's would'nt be as long if they didn't try and sell each customer a credit card/broadband/car insurance etc etc... why not just try and get my letters and parcels from A to B first, then if you can get that right without loosing(letting your staff steal) my stuff, maybe you could branch out to other stuff.

I regularly visit the post office to sell bits and pieces I sell on eBay. the nearest P.O. charges me £1.09 to post 100 connectors, but the second nearest office only charges me 48p as they class it as a large letter!

As a guide I charge £1.50 P&P on eBay on most things... which covers it because even if the postage is £1.38 (250g parcel) the jiffy bags I use are about 12p each plus there's the packing and reciept etc.. and obviously eBay fees.. people dont realise it all mounts up

Get down to Staples!
If you're going to be posting a lot of things they're doing buy one get one free on packs of 10 jiffy bags - a CD/DVD sized one works out at 12.5p
