As for the hinge bit, I am sorting out some alloy hinges to be bonded in, all this takes time. I am not going to bother with the front ones as I think the bonnets should be either fitted with straps or pins as I have had a metal bonnet fly up with normal locks so always use the straps now.
(now, where did I put that blue Duvet cover?

I am sorting out the hinge thing but wont be doing the bonnet release catch as I think putting straps on is better. However, I will look at the brackets needed to do this and will be able to asnwer that question better once I have looked into in better detail.
Clubman bonnet. At the moment they are in GRP but I have a Clubman bonnet in the bodyshop being painted, well once I've worked out the colour so I can sell it afterwards, but they will be sold in Carbon Fibre Showing Weave outer skin and the Inner cross member as well. Mainly for show cars, not race/rally.
I am also looking into doing the inner brace bars for the Mk1/Mk2 Bonnets as well, these will be done in GRP or Carbon Fibre Showing Weave, with a price tag to suit.
Pug205 Sump Guard in Multi-Layer Kevlar with 2 Layer Carbon Fibre inner is £300.
The one pictured is for the 6 Speed 'box and is for Gpa/B rally cars. It has now gone over to the Isle Of Man and I am sending over some Floor Liner in Carbon Fibre Showing Weave as well, will post pics when they are done.
Also do Ford, Scoobies, Evo's, Vauxhall and the Pug, with more bits being added as well.

also if i dont use hinges is it possible to use dzus fastners to hold the bonnet down? i had normal pins on my last car and thought they were a bit ugly + they corroded!
