Hi, I would just like to share a pic of my engine. Its a 1380 with a BMW K1200RS head and cams.
The block, crank, internals and conversion parts are from Morspeed. Still waiting for some more parts such as exhaust. Might get some head porting and cam regrinding done aswell. Will be running on fuel injection with Motec ECU.

This month is gearbox shopping. Any suggestions on a Dogbox. Swiftune, Jackknight, Minispeed, MED? What diff would be best? ATB or LSD
The car is being built up as a race car to be driven on our super smooth F1 Circuit here. Miglia style chassis on slicks just with different spec engine.

Cheers for all the info I read on this forum. As you can imagine there are not many Minis here in Bahrain and for sure this will be the first race one here.

Cheers

Supermotolee.... Sent you a PM about the diff.
My original idea was to get a bike engine in the front but ended up going the bmw route as i got a bunch of heads.
Might notice that there are three more sitting on the bench behind the engine.
Maybe I'll try a turbo build in the future.

Cheers

Hi Matty... Been looking at your turbo project on the other forums. Looks really good.
I wish I had a nice front aluminium plate like yours. Much neater.
