My exhaust is needing replacemnt soon. I would like one that sounds and looks good but don't expect a change in performane because it is an MPI (97 standard mini) What exhaust can anyone recomend? Can you get these things from the local ATS or the like or will I have to go to a specialst shop (which is a bummer because my nearest one is Huddesfield and I am in Doncaster.
Basicaly I want to change the lot down to the CAT becuase I understand I have to leave in.
Will this new exhaust have to be declared to the insurance or becuase performance is not altered?
Thanks
Neon

PS is this in the right forum?

Hi again!

I have a maniflow 1. 75" rolled tip back box on my MPI, it bolts from the cat, so you can still keep the cat. Has a luuurvley burbley note to it, and sounds mean, but not too loud when you paste it!

Maniflow is top quality stuff, one of the best for performance and not too expensive either, can get them on mail order from their website aswel!

just realised you said down to the cat!!

Maniflow also do a LCB, and downpipe to the cat for around £100 standard bore, with the flexi knuckle in it to protect the cat!
