hi,

i was just wondering of anyone has had a rattly radiator before.

i changed my cylinder head over to an unleaded one, and ever since ive lost the slight whiney - squeak my radiator had, and now sounds like and old school diesel transit van!!!

does anyone know what it could be?? need to be pointed in the right direction.

id rather it went back to squeaking than sounding like this!

the rad is held by three points. one long bolt at the bottom and two at the top. also check if it is touching the body at any corner
