I thought i would just post this as a while back i upgraded my LSD to a gripper plate type LSD as i originally had a sierra viscous type which Jacko originally tried in his purple mini but it was found to have no preload for some reason???
On further investigation i have managed to get hold of a Ford service manual for the cosworth and it gives the preload value and how to check the diff is working correctly.



Just thought it may come in handy for a few of you???
