It's all a lot of wind, they can't ban classic cars, because most of the MP's own a classic car.

Course it's not for real. It will never ever happen. They can't stop people driving their roadworthy vehicles on the road.

what they can do and there have been topics about this is ban cars with high emissions from town/city centers
