I could just about get my mini to start but would only start with no choke and you had to give it some throttle and then take your foot off the throttle then it would start but cut out within seconds. if you took the air filter off and put your hand over the air intake to restrict air flow it would start tho. so i made the mixture richer, and it would then start but would die as soon as you touched the throttle. so i then made the mixture even richer and it will now rev but has a flat spot at mid revs. does this mean i have to make the mixture even richer, only i seem to have increased it alot allready. any help is appreciated thanks.

i would say it is too rich and u have a problem with the carb. but thats just my opinion.
