Run is done for charity, camping over somewhere in Oxfordshire, bring beer and food. Cheesy disco will be the entertainment (takes your mind off the thongs). Run takes place on 10th up to National Motorcycle Museum.

Why is it called the thong run?
Are there some sexy ladies in thongs? hehehe

Hey Roadie,

There is some big long explanation of why a thong run somewhere on their website (link above) but the idea is to raise money for charitee by wearing a thong over your normal clothes - party on down on Saturday night and then mini run from just outside Banbury up to Motorcycle Museum Bham.

There may well be sexy ladies, there definately will be at least one old lady - but everyone will be wearing thongs!!

just got back what a laugh people walking around with thongs on over their

normal clothes

then had a run this morning to the motorcycle museum

big line of minis in convoy

and it raised alot of money to boot :grin:
