i bought this mini neon for £50

needed

drivers wing

A panel

and a front valence corner

have rebuild my mg engine

spec

1293cc

stage 2 head

bushed 1.5 gt rockers

mg cam

close ratio gearbox

3.1 diff

interior is very clean no marks or wear

have new s/s bumpers

new lock set

new rear window the type with the heating elements in between the layers of glass

works really well and you can't see the elements

changed the clocks so i have a rev counter

running standard wheels and wheel trims with 165/60/12 tyres

car looks standard so should not draw to much attention

all running now hopfully mot'ed this week give it a good run before any shows to

find any faults as this is the car taking to the ring in september

its going to be my main car for doing shows, run's etc

will have the clubman back by the winter ( see clubman in projects )

so will use that and have a full respray

on the neon ready for nexted year
