I have a crack in one of my wing mirrors (the mirror itself) is there any way of removing this and replacing this as a new one would be anything between £50 - £60 ;D

Ive got an 87 mini, and you cant replace the glass in my wing mirrors, I got mine smashed and had to buy a new mirror. I dont know if you can replace it in the later ones, cause I think they sell replacement glass in Halfords. I wouldnt swear on it though.

Yes. It involves patience, a screwdriver and superglue.

I bought a 2nd hand wing mirror for £3, prised it apart, took the glass out. Prised apart my wing mirror, replaced glass, glued it back up. Job done.
