Newton Commercial do very good moulded carpets. There's a colour option called 'biscuit' which I would think would be the closest you can get to beige:

If they are a bit steep price-wise, I expect most of the trim people that do the shows will be able to do one-offs in a different colour to their standard ranges.

Matt...
For a mere £30 more than Newton there's a company local to me who will professionally carpet your car in any colour you want by hand! I know, I got them to carpet and sound proof Monty! It's beautiful quality, hard wearing and easy to clean and comes with the rubber footwell inserts too.
If you want, I'll fish out their number!
I had a Newton carpet set. Spent over £100 on it as they say. It was a right load of manure in my opinion.

mmmm, was hoping to spend a little less that £100, you can get like standard Cooper beige carpets second hand cant you? I'll keep the professional carpets in mind though

Could try MiniTrimmings, they're slightly cheaper than Newton for actual carpet kits IIRC, just be prepared to wait a while for delivery. They're a small company, father & son job.
