Wolfys right. Wimbledon the tennis thing wouldnt allow it, so they called it the advantage.

That one at castle combes lovely, just a shame its not got a black grille on it! Stacey, you should get another one! Might be able to find one on ebay thats had its stickers taken off! Then restore it!

Thanks for your comments everyone! Gotta get her booked into the body shop soon, im just scared about taking her there! Shes gonna be gone for over a week! And im really worried theyll ruin her because shes gotta have her old stickers taken off and new ones put on.

Lily has finally been booked in to have her body work sorted! Shes booked in for the 7th of April and its going to take about a week (at least) to get her sorted.

The stuffs shes having doing is:

Reskin on the drivers door as theres rust on the bottom
Repair to the drivers side A panel
A new bootlid sprayed and fitted
Rust sorted on the underside of the passenger door

Shes also got to have her Advantage stickers taken off, but ive got replacement ones sorted!

Theres a few other things that need sorting too, but Im not sure if the guy will have time, may have to book her in again! But she needs:

Repair under the fog light bracket. - The paints all cracked and shes rusting
Under the headlights could do with sorting, as its starting to go yellow and a bit bubbly
Some flakey paint under the grille

Cant think of the other things, but theres a couple more bits!

I was also thinking of replacing her arches for group 2s, cause I think they look lurvely! What does everyone think?!

Yay! My hazards finally work! Not very well but they work! Today ive also changed the igniton leads and put a new rubber glove over her dizzy. I got caught in the rain though and its getting bloomin cold out

taken the easy route then sarah and get it done properly at the expense,, to be fair i dont blame ya.. iv got stuck back into mine this weekend for the first time in ages i guess it was because the sun was shinin, well until its rained, luckily i was in my garage,, you taken her to that willington coachworks??? you been given any quotes at all.. hope to see it once its done, funny that your only round the corner n i hardly ever see you in it!!

I wouldnt dare touch her, I havnt got a clue what to do and id just make it all worse! Im taking her to a place in Derby that belongs to my stepdads mate. Hes quote £500 for the work shes definately having done (the doorskin, a panel, underside of the other door and new bootlid). Im supplying the bootlid and door skin though. I saw you the other day in your clio and waved!!

Just gave Lily a nice bubble bath and I took her overiders off yesterday, cause they were really rusty.



I also got chance to take some pictures of the bits im having done at the bodyshop.

Im having the drivers door reskinned, cause theres a few rust spots along the bottom:




Shes having a repair to her a-panel:



Shes having a new boot lid, you cant really see the dent, but its around the hinge:



I also want her seams at the front sorting out, this is the passenger side seam:
