Are you going to replace the gasket on the timing cover?
I will do at some point, but I want to be 100% sure the oils coming from there first as it looks like its going to be a pain to do.

II think the next thing is Bodywork! Today I went down to a local bodyshop where the fella had his van done, to get a quote for doing the little bits and bobs that I want sorting. Theres a few little bits that are really doing my head in and I want them sorted for the winter, or else there just going to get worse.
-Under the headlights
-Sills tidy up
-Front valance
-Rear valance
Think hes gonna sort them out and then respray the front end and maybe the other side. But Im waiting for him to get back in touch with a price, but he didnt think it would too big a job.

Ive also fitted some new door seals to her today, was quite impressed I managed to get them on myself with a little mallet! Bought her some for the rear quarter windows too as they could do with changing.
Took Lily to MITP yesterday and she was on the Minis With Attitude clubstand!

The engine is being taken out for the 3rd time. Lilys had a really bad oil leak for a while and we were hoping it was the timing cover gasket, so took her in today to have it looked at and its not that!
The guy doing it reckons she'll be done tomorrow afternoon though
