My offside front brake hose catches the driveshaft on full lock, it's because the hose snakes backwards instead of forwards on it's way into the brake caliper.

THe garage that failed my mot on this said I can just rotate the nut where it goes into the subframe, so the cable snakes the otherway.

Just thoguht I'd check that this will rotate the hose without loosening the hose to copper pipe connection and leave brake fluid peeing everywhere?

Cheers!

You will have to crack the nut to the brake line, but it won't leak all that badly. The nut should be on the top of the subframe, not underneath.
