After Searching i couldnt find this topic about so i thought i'll start it. I justed wanted to get a rough idea of the best places that do welding in the Midlands. I know there's a Auto Repair in coventry just off the the ring road near Foleshill.

(Need a panel done underneath the battery bay otherwise the battery may fall out at a seconds notice)

dereks mini centre - superb work almost on time !!

Is there a number for dereks mini centre mate, gonna try and go down there this weekend to sort it out. Also my front bonnet, it looks as if its moved back toward the hinges, gonna have to get it knocked out or something. Will the same place be able to do it?

Thank Baldspeed, think of getting it done there. My battery bay just arrived in the post just now. Now to get it fitted (welding in place), the old one can be cut out. according to other members of TMF.

yeh the old one can be cut out but just make sure the hole isnt to big compared to the new box, also make sure of any cables under the car when cutting
