is it even feasible to make the brake servo run from the R1, or is there an alternative bit of kit that can be used to create the vacuum - any electrical devices for creating vacuum?

take a small bore pope from the intake manifold to the servo at the front the vacunm will build up in a couple of seconds then hold for as long as you need it.is it even feasible to make the brake servo run from the R1, or is there an alternative bit of kit that can be used to create the vacuum - any electrical devices for creating vacuum?
the big round canister acts like a reservoir and holds engough air to allow several brake applications to be carried out before you run out of puff
try this on your road car next time you park up stop the engine then put your foot on the brakes as if you were braking let it off then repeat till you notice the pedal goes stiff thats when the air has been used keep your foot on the pedal with the same pressure and start the car after a second or two the pedal will go down towards the floor this is because you now have servo assistance and the brake line pressure has increased even though you didnt press any harder
you will have no problem getting vacumn from the r1
