I have been speaking to the ferry company regarding the booking, as we have now filled the 30 reserved places; the ferry company strongly recommends another block booking to ensure that we all travel together. There are a limited number of places left for us to book, in order to block book and secure a place on the ferry I need your deposits in by the end of February.
Many thanks

No worries, if you say your deposit it going to be in soon ish then we'll count you as a confirmed runner and include you in the numbers for the ferry booking.
Brilliant. Thanks Jammy. Will get the money off as soon as that cheque clears

So it's changed from the 12 noon sailing as mentioned in earlier posts? I assume we are now meeting at BH at 7am rather than 9am?

We were trying to get the noon crossing, as shown on their website, but when they came back to us with the times we could sail at, the noon crossing wasn't one of them!
10am was the lastest we could get in the morning, unless we wanted to depart late in the afternoon, which then means we'd get into Belguim quite late...
Thats no problem, these things happen. I just need to know for definate as it affects my travelling plans down to BH. If we're meeting at 9am I'll drive down in the early hours, if we meet at 7am I'll come down the night before.
