Hello again people.

My interior rear view mirror is at present an unsightly black plastic one which attaches via an adhesive pad to the windscreen. I am looking for a new mirror , preferably chrome, but all i see are mirrors that need screwing onto something.
Plenty of nice chrome ones, but all screw down ones.
My cooper, is a 97 P reg , and it doesn't have the ceiling attachment to allow this bolt on mirror.

Any Suggestions at all. Can i use these bolt on mirrors , or am I stuck with an adhesive one...

I had the same sort of problem but then I realised that on the old mirror was a black plastic cover which you can get off with with a screwdriver and the screws are underneath. Hope this helps..
