Hmm try the yellow pages for wheel refurbishers, it would cost you about £50 per wheel to get them done and painted, but not sure about refinishing the metal.

get some very fine wet and dry paper, wet sand them, then use a bit g3 on a mop to bring back the shine, that's provided they aren't badly corroded. If it's mailny pitting, thn the wet & dry should bring them up a bit.

Whhole weekend job though

do a search for 'metal polisher' or similar in yellow pages or on yell.com

there is a small firm near me, and all they do is polish metal, they will polish up alloys in pretty much any condition like new, for about £10 a wheel

now that sounds like a deal, where abouts are you from? lol, tell them to open a company up down there, Ill give it a little go with some wet & dry in a small area, see how it comes up, thanks for tthe help, ill post a picture of there state soon :] so it'll be easy to answer my question on the condition of them & how much work they need.

Ive heard of companys that put the wheel on a lathe and skim the tops off so it reveals nice fresh material, then polish that up...

No idea where you would find them though..

have a look on ebay for 'polishing kits'

you can get one with a few different mops and polishing compounds, for about £15, it gives a much much better finish then wet and dry.

its the sort of stuff the proffesionals use, so if you get good enough you wont need to pay anyone >_<

I got my wheels sandblasted and stove enamelled for £30/wheel. Way better than spending any time working on them myself!
