I’ve noticed that, I’m a bit worried about itIs there any easy/cheap way it can be made quieter atall? I may grow to like it but at the moment I’m just a bit worried it doesn’t really suit the car.

To solve it get a new back box with the same diameter centre section.
I like my twin box RC40 exhaust, is understated, but you still know it's there when you put your foot down.
This one is just like mine, but shinier, would probably do the job!
Centre exit RC40 back box
MiniSport Side Exit RC40 style Back box
You'd have to ask the buyer about the diameters to make sure they match up.

Yea noise can be a problem when arriving home late, best to turn off ignition at end of road an coast in so as not to wake up the rest of the street! Always funny at zebra crossings tho makes people jump, he he
