They are mini LE decals, and yes you can buy them from minisport

scrub that, they've stopped doing them

No because it has a yellow arrow on there which is a part of it.

they are cooper LE decals.

That's just the single coach line. As DJH said, you need the special LE stripes, that include a yellow triangle. I'll try and find a pic.
