Sarahs always wanted a soft top mini and i'm a cheap skate :lol:

but we found a wabasto sun roof on ebay and bought that ( cheap solution ) , then found we could not find any one in cornwall to fit it :sad: . We did find a helpfull guy who said that if we found a newer one he did have the templates to fit thouse .

so we gave up on the idea :erm:

then i join you lot and find someone selling a rover electric wabasto roof :grin:

but hes in scotland :sad:

then we find the postage is only £25 :grin:

so thats it the project is on :grin: the only problem is she wants it in time for the riviera run :saywhat:

if any one wants a manual wabasto roof good nick let me know :w00t:

we've (sarah) decided to paint the roof black as by the time theres a big black hole for the roof the white bits around the side look funny :lol:

Its off to get sprayed on monday :grin: but this leves me this weekend to remove the squars on the roof and derust the roof and guttars :erm:

so its gtinder out and black snot time

we've also got some new bumpers to go on :grin:

we pick them up on ebay for £9 the pair new :w00t:

they're jap spec and are deeper like clubman back bumpers some thing different :lol:

so they will go on soon as well

Yeh, sorry, bumpers, very nice. Thought the floor might be Canadian maple, you Cornish lot being so well off and that :lol:

first stick on black squares , then leave on for 2 years , next remove the sticky squares and atack car with grinder

what your left with is a the c**P stuck to the sticky bits

I'm so glad its not just me who liked the marble effect cheques. Embarrassed to say i was all for replicating those until you posted it as being 2yrs of dirt. With 2yrs of dirt my mini just looks plain.....dirty! :erm: :erm:
