OK, last night at the Ashford Diner meet in Kent , a nice guy called Gary/Garry told me that he thought my Cooper was a very rare colour, maybe on 20 or so ever made. He called it a name, I am sorry I cant remember what, "Yukon Grey" maybe, anyways, is there a list online of colour codes and what they are, and where do I find the code for my cooper. Nothing listed in any manuals or the service book.

Many thanks
Neil

Heres the link to the pics of my Cooper.

I just want to check out the colour, and see if it is what he states it was.
The previous owner said it was Graphite, and Gary came out with another colour.

Thanks for that.
I am trying now to find the Vin plate.
The manual says it is attached to the right hand wing valance. I have just checked in the dark, and unless its covered by the top rail of the dash, then its not there.
Would they be situated anywhere else if there was a top rail fitted as standard.

The vin plate is inside the engine bay, to the left on the side as you are looking at the engine.,,

and yes, i am pretty sure that is Yukon grey, not that rare i didn't think?!?

Thanks for the info.

I haven't got a clue , just that I was introduced to this guy, and was told he knew everything about mini's , and he told me its rare. It was out for about 3 mths, with a few other colours, and then withdrawn. Only a few were made.

Ok, I have had a look, and the paint code is RFK.

minicolours.co.uk doesnt have this colour listed.
Anyone have any clues.

Hi,
Sorry I can't help, but I think the mini looks really nice in that colour, it's different to the normal red's green's and blue's, (I like the bronze colour coopers too)...
