ID LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THE BEST MODDED DIZZY FOR A 1330 METRO TURBO WOULD BE, IM RUNNING A AVONBAR PHASE 2 CAM.

standard turbo dizzy will do the job fine, never heard of anyone using a modded dizzy before. other than that its time for mapped ignition.

mines a 1293 with a phase 2 cam, i'm running a normal turbo dizzy at 12 degrees with 10psi.

Mapped ignition makes all the difference...

Even if its just a trim of the std clockwork one!

Any dizzy can be tailored to the engine by changing the bob weights and springs.

i have a mk1 turbo dizzy, aint that suppose to be the best advance curve u can get?

Contrary to popular "folklore" the MK1 and MK2 dizzy have the same advance curve, tests have proven this.

yup, the only benefit from a MK1 dizzy is that you can use a side pointing cap, meaning more room for IC's and stuff.
