Cornwall? is that in Auckland where the 1 tree hill is maybe? haha im from the south island but when ive got my mini going and on the road, the plan was to do a road trip around New Zealand so will be good to catch up with anyone else in the club

Mini engine is now out of the subframe and the 4age is mocked up roughly where it will be sitting under the bonnet of the mini

Hey my name is Richard and im from New Zealand. I have a 1976 mini 1000, underway for a turbo 1600cc 20valve 4age.
Wow sounds impressively fast...
Richard I have a '76 mini 1000 from New Zealand as well, but it came here (to the US) 10 years or so I guess. The look on mine has been bastardized oops I mean "updated" so many times I can't tell what it was originally supposed to look like, so it would be a great help if you could post some pics of yours? Particularly curious about the interior and the badges.
Many thanks,
--Hugh
