In a sense it is: it's still registered so if it reappeared on the road without tax you could end up having an interesting conversation with the plod!

Ah, OK ... didn't realise the Date Of Liability related to it being SORN, too. Sorry!
Still, at least you know it's still around, which is what I guess I meant...
