Is there an order in which to weld these panels in?
Drivers side:
Footwell
Inner Sill
Outer Sill

I would do it in this order: Floorpan/footwell
inner sill
outer sill -as the outer sill has to be plug or spot welded to the floorpan.
If anyone has a different arrangement please say

Then I'd cut the lot out.. alot of folk brace the shell in the door apeture from A post to B post. This is personal opinion.
Then I'd make the floorpan fit, but only tack it in, then the inner sill, again only tack it in, and then offer up the outer sill. If the outer sill looks like it will fit, then I'd seam weld the pan in, along with the inner sill.
Then weld the outer sill on. If its an original size outersill, you can plug/spot weld it along the floor and door edge, and just seam it down the front and back.

Bracing = welding a piece of tube in the door appeture, towards the bottom to stop the shell 'twisting'
If your leaving the door step in I wouldn't bother though.
